„Drive international revenue growth in the SAP ecosystem.“ To strengthen our international sales team, we are looking for an experienced sales professional to join us as soon as possible, who will actively scale our software business in the global SAP environment and tap into new revenue potential. In this role, you will assume commercial responsibility for establishing and developing our international partner sales – with a clear focus on pipeline development, deal enablement and revenue growth. Tasks

  • Responsibility for building, activating and scaling a national and international 4-stage sales model (Cideon – SAP – SAP VAR – end customer) with a clear focus on revenue
  • Active development and qualification of a sustainable sales pipeline together with SAP and international VAR partners
  • Proactive identification, initiation and support of cross-selling and upselling potential in international markets
  • Support and coaching of partners in complex sales cycles – from initial contact to closing
  • Management of international go-to-market strategies, including campaigns and sales-related events
  • Monitoring of relevant KPIs (pipeline, forecast, conversion rates, revenue) and regular executive reporting

Profile

  • Completed degree or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in an international IT environment
  • Initial experience in partner or channel sales, preferably in the SAP ecosystem
  • Independent development of new market structures with a genuine pioneering spirit and go-to-market strategies
  • Strong negotiator with entrepreneurial vision and KPI orientation
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills and willingness to travel
