We are looking for you to join our team at our Monheim am Rhein location (Düsseldorf/Cologne) as soon as possible.
Tasks
- Responsibility for small and medium-sized customers in all aspects of the renewal activities
- Implementation of the local renewal strategy to avoid customer churn and strengthen customer loyalty
- Close cooperation with the local sales, professional services, sales administration and marketing departments
- Continuous customer contact and onboarding of new customers to ensure professional use of EPLAN (“customer success” role) in combination with high customer satisfaction.
- Recognize high-risk customers with high churn potential at an early stage and develop solution strategies to retain them
- Identification of optimization potential through EPLAN software at customers and recognition of trends with strategy development
- Regular reporting to the Global Renewal Director and Country Management
Profile
- Completed studies in economics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of sales experience in a renewal or subscription environment
- Ideally further experience in sales administration or customer service in a technology/engineering environment
- Strong interest in discussions with technical and commercial departments in the industrial automation ecosystem
- Customer-oriented with a strong consultative sales background, negotiation skills and very good objection handling skills
- Empathetic and self-motivated with excellent communication skills, good listener and hands-on mentality
- Team player able to collaborate with different departments at local level
- Sales and KPI oriented
- Very good German and good English skills
