Tasks
- Preparing quotes and creating orders, as well as making changes as needed
- Communicating with our customers and sales representatives via phone, email, and Teams
- Documentation and filing
- Maintaining the customer database
Profile
- Completed business training or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in the described field of work is a plus
- Experience with a CRM system (Salesforce preferred)
- Customer- and team-oriented
- Structured and meticulous work style
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Very good German language skills
