In either case, we offer you the opportunity to take on a key role in our newly established consulting division “Digital Solutions Deployment Consulting.” You will actively shape the introduction and further development of our RiZone OTM Suite software—with a high degree of autonomy, technical rigor, and measurable customer value. Tasks
- Responsibility for the functional and technical design, implementation, and migration of customer solutions based on the RiZone OTM Suite
- Advising our customers from analysis through architecture and design to production rollout
- Analyzing processes and technical requirements, as well as planning and facilitating workshops
- Serving as a technical sparring partner on equal footing for customers and internal stakeholders (OT, DCIM, Kubernetes, IT architecture)
- Supporting pre-sales activities, e.g., through effort estimates, service descriptions, and specifications
- Actively contributing to the development of our new consulting team, including standards, methods, and best practices
- Further developing internal tool sets for installation, automation, and migration
Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification (e.g., technician or master craftsman with relevant professional experience)
- Several years of practical experience in at least one of the following areas:
- DCIM, OT, or data center software (e.g., operations, implementation, consulting, or architecture)
- or
- Kubernetes environment, ideally with a focus on RedHat OKD/OpenShift
- Proficiency with Linux in production environments
- Experience in programming and/or scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in the integration of
- physical infrastructure and software
- Confident demeanor, a high degree of personal responsibility, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel (approx. 50% within the DACH region, occasionally internationally)
