Tasks
- Independent and efficient support of the division manager in strategic and conceptual tasks
- Preparation of professional presentations, analyses and templates for business decisions in German and English
- Analyses of figures and data and subsequent presentation of the results in tables and graphs
- Support and, if necessary, management of strategic projects
- Preparation and follow-up of events and meetings
- Moderating and following up on budget and cost centre planning
- Liaising with the company's security functions, such as the Chief Information Officer (CISO) and Data Protection Officer (DPO)
- Supporting the CISO and DPO in the implementation and follow-up of regular tasks, such as management reporting
Job profile
- Completed studies or comparable training
- Professional experience in a comparable assistant function at management level would be desirable
- Initial experience with QM and information security would be desirable
- Good knowledge of English
- Routine handling of MS Office 365, especially Excel and Power Point, as well as good SAP knowledge
- Strong process and service orientation in combination with an analytical approach
- Initiative, organisational skills, systematic, goal-oriented and independent way of working as well as team spirit
- Confident communication behaviour and a friendly manner
