What our colleagues have to say

Niklas Kopsch
Niklas Kopsch
Supply Chain Management Industry, Stahlo

Niklas Kopsch worked his way up the career ladder with a healthy dose of talent and ambition, starting out on a vocational training course in warehouse logistics and eventually becoming a Supply Chain Manager Industry specialising in material stocks and downstream processes. “Originally, I had planned to join the police force when I left school,” he explains, “but the varied job and development opportunities at Stahlo won me over and I decided to stay. For junior staff like me, being given responsibilities early on and encouraged to work independently is very important.”
