Would you like to take responsibility for the development and implementation of effective compensation and benefits programs? Help build the global Center of Excellence to support the company's goals and promote employee recruitment and retention - we look forward to welcoming you to our Haiger site.

Tasks

  • Head of the global Center of Excellence "Compensation & Benefits" and member of the extended HR management team
  • Development of a modern C&B strategy and roadmap (e.g. compensation manual as a set of rules for all C&B programs at all employee levels)
  • Responsibility for the design, implementation and review of global regulations and guidelines in the area of C&B based on the HR strategy
  • Definition and establishment of tools, processes and initiatives in line with business needs and state-of-the-art technology
  • Establishment of new remuneration systems including salary benchmarks based on a globally standardized grading system
  • (Further) development and implementation of performance-related remuneration systems in the global production areas
  • Implementation of global remuneration projects (e.g. development of new remuneration systems for international top management) and management of global HR projects on modern benefits programs
  • Managing the annual review processes for basic and variable remuneration for employees, managers and top management in Germany and abroad
  • Advising the HR community and initiating and driving the global C&B CoE network

Job profile

  • High level of technical expertise in the field of Compensation & Benefits with several years of project management experience, including in the production environment and global understanding
  • Several years of leadership skills (technical and disciplinary) and experience, especially in working with intercultural teams
  • Innovative and conceptual strength as well as enthusiasm for the C&B solutions developed
  • Well-versed in close global HR collaboration and service requirements for HR interfaces (e.g. HR business partnering)
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Strong knowledge of change management in order to accompany the implementation with appropriate concepts and methods
  • Ability to grasp and reduce complexity for the translation of locally differing needs into global C&B initiatives
  • Very good communication skills in a global environment as well as negotiation and persuasion skills, assertiveness and implementation strength
