Do you have a strong affinity for numbers and a good logical understanding of complex interrelationships? Join our team in Haiger and play an active role in shaping our controlling processes in HR.
Tasks
- Competent contact person for all questions relating to HR KPIs and international HR controlling
- Further development and implementation of national and international strategic KPI systems, e.g. global HR KPI dashboard
- Reporting with SAP HR and SAP Success Factors, expansion and optimization of reporting options in SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud
- Development of new KPI systems (e.g. predictive analytics)
- Responsibility for HR key figure reports for the companies of the Friedhelm Loh Group
- Processing of ad hoc analyses and preparation of management documents
- Design and creation of reports on HR-related issues to fulfill legal and certification requirements
- Active participation in HR projects in cooperation with colleagues at home and abroad
Job profile
- Business studies with a focus on HR, controlling or comparable qualification
- Professional experience and sound expertise in operational HR work and current HR topics
- Practical knowledge in the areas of HR reporting, HR controlling or HR analytics is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of SAP HCM, SAP Success Factors, MS Excel and Power BI
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong analytical skills, process-oriented thinking and conceptual competence
- Structured and results-oriented way of working with high quality standards
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills in dealing with all management levels
