Tasks
- Conception, optimization and implementation of national and international HR end-to-end processes in a digital context
- Close cooperation with the HR IT department in the context of global, strategic digitalization topics
- Managing HR projects for the further development of the HR function
- Coordination of HR audits/compliance/data protection and support for HR-related topics in audits (e.g. ISO 27001, Tisax, Ecovadis etc.)
- Independent implementation of cross-hierarchy and cross-location workshops and meetings in a national and international context
- Conception, planning and implementation of change management initiatives within the entire group of companies
Job profile
- Successful degree in business administration or business informatics, preferably a Master's degree
- Several years of professional experience in HR, sound understanding of HR processes and procedures as well as analytical skills for interpreting process data
- Ideally demonstrable experience in the area of management systems (TISAX / ISO 27001)
- Strong solution and implementation orientation as well as a structured and analytical way of working
- Technology affinity, user knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications, SAP HR knowledge is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, very good German and good English skills
- Presentation and moderation skills are desirable
