Tasks
- Head of the global CoE Loh Academy & Talent Development
- Strategic alignment of the Loh Academy & Talent Management division within the Friedhelm Loh Group
- Responsibility for the design and implementation of global standards (tools & processes) and programs based on the HR strategy
- Management, budgeting and continuous evaluation of personnel development programs
- Establishing high-quality learning opportunities via the Learning Management System platform
- Benchmarking best-in-class tools and processes and adapting them to the needs of the individual Friedhelm Loh Group companies
- Mentor and coach of the HR team in all development issues
- Initiator and driver of the global CoE network Loh Academy & Talent Development
Job profile
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (fachlich und disziplinarisch) in der Führung von interkulturellen Teams
- Hohe fachliche globale Expertise im Bereich Learning & Talent Development, insbesondere in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von gezielten Personalentwicklungsprogrammen
- Konzeptionelle Stärke und sehr gute Implementierungsfähigkeiten (Projektmanagement und Change Management) sind ein must-have
- Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Weiterentwicklungsfähigkeit von fachspezifischem Wissen in HR
- CoE Experte, der sich als Bindeglied zwischen dem Business, der HR Business Partner Organisation und dem eigenen Bereich versteht
- Fähigkeit, Komplexität zu erfassen, zu reduzieren und zielgruppengerecht (auch in globalem Kontext) zu kommunizieren
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
