We are looking for you as E-Learning Developer - Designer E-Learning - Content Creator (m/f/d)! Become part of our motivated team in Haiger / Mittelhessen and support us in the planning & realisation of e-learning courses and the design of e-learning content.
Tasks
- Supervision of the group-wide, global Learning Management System (LMS) for the design of e-learning programmes
- Clarifying requirements, developing learning objectives and concepts and identifying suitable learning methods for different employee groups
- Selecting and reviewing providers and managing external service providers and existing collaborations
- Coordinating, prioritising and creating digital self-learning content
- Organisation and implementation of group-specific special measures and collaboration in the day-to-day business of the internal training academy
Job profile
- Degree in business education, IT, media or HR management or comparable qualification
- Experience in the areas of learning and development as well as in the development of modern learning formats and innovative learning technologies combined with a digital affinity
- Confident in using e-learning authoring tools and common MS Office applications, ideally knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning
- Experience in project management and a willingness to engage intensively with complex customer requirements, the target group and modern learning methods
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Pragmatic, open personality with a hands-on mentality and enjoyment of creative work
- Very good conceptual skills as well as a solution-orientated and independent approach to work
