Machine and plant operator (m/f/d)

For our modern production site in Gera-Langenfeld, we are looking for committed specialists to strengthen our team in the area of production.
Tasks
- Setting up, equipping and operating modern production systems, especially splitting systems
- Monitoring and optimization of production processes and packaging of end products
- Carrying out maintenance and repair work, including inspection and servicing
- Quality control during production and support for continuous improvement processes
Job profile
- Completed training as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification in the metal or electrical sector
- Experience in the operation, maintenance and repair of machines and systems
- Basic PC skills
- Forklift and crane operator's license are an advantage, but not a requirement
- Strong awareness of quality and occupational safety
- Initiative, ability to work independently, reliability and team spirit
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
