Tasks
- Technical management of the process mechanics team within the assigned shift in the injection molding production area
- Deputizing for the shift supervisor when required
- Promoting and developing employees and coordinating deployment planning
- Coordination and implementation of planned set-ups, taking into account quality and deadline requirements
- Ensuring the timely and qualitatively optimal elimination of process disruptions
- Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety measures and the elimination of safety deficiencies
- Supporting employees and managers with technical and planning issues
Job profile
- Completed training as a process mechanic or alternatively comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in a plastics processing industrial company and initial team management experience an advantage
- Good PC skills
- Technically analytical thinking, team-oriented way of working and commitment
- Strong communication skills combined with assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
