Strengthen our set-up team at our location in Heiligenroth in the day shift with your expertise in the field of plastics processing.
Tasks
- Independent preparation and set-up of plastic injection molding machines and their associated peripherals in the set-up team during the day shift
- Starting up the process after the tool change, taking into account quality and efficiency
- Initial release of components after quality inspection
- Preventive maintenance and coordination of measures in the event of malfunctions with the maintenance team
- Continuous optimization of injection molding processes with regard to cycle time and component quality
Job profile
- Completed training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology, alternatively similar training with relevant professional experience in plastics processing
- Practical experience in plastics processing (processing, drying, process design)
- Knowledge in the operation of injection molding machines from common manufacturers such as Engel, Arburg and Krauss Maffei
- Team player with technical understanding and an independent and autonomous way of working
