Tasks

  • You support our company processes by organising and handling the associated office management tasks
  • During the course of your training, you become familiar with many different areas of the company – e.g. reception/administration, financial accounts, order processing and marketing – and also gain insights into sales and engineering
  • You learn methods of optimum office management, as well as the handling of modern IT systems and special application software
  • A dynamic team and varied opportunities to work on exciting projects provide an ideal framework for successful completion of your apprenticeship

Job profile

  • Good secondary school exam results ("mittlere Reife") or advanced school-leaving certificate ("Fachabitur")
  • MS Office skills and good grades in German (B2 level), mathematics and English
  • Ability to learn quickly and think logically
  • Meticulous and structured approach to work, with a readiness to work independently and solve organisational challenges
  • Open, communicative and team-minded personality in conjunction with a friendly manner

The Junior Competence Center is an important hub in the day-to-day lives of our apprentices and students. In year two of the program, our trainees’ project work traditionally kicks off with the Gnadenthal workshop series. In 2022, the workshops took place in person with speakers including Sergiy Lakhno, Managing Director Rittal Ukraine, who spoke about his personal experience of handling major crises. “It was so thought-provoking,” says Arthur Hetzel, Rittal mechatronics apprentice. “It made me re-evaluate my own problems in a different light.”
