Join our Value Chain Energy & Power Solutions team at our Headquarters Herborn.

Tasks

  • Development of strategies and operational implementation concepts for the Rittal business in the Energy & Power Solutions division
  • Further development of the value chain and relevant business models of the business unit
  • Identifying and supporting partnerships with companies and start-ups to expand the value chain
  • Coordination and management of the software business owners to support the digital business models
  • Supporting the annual planning processes and implementing global projects in close cooperation with the regions

Job profile

  • Completed degree in (industrial) engineering or comparable qualification
  • Ideally initial industry experience and market knowledge in the fields of energy technology, low-voltage technology, renewable energies
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Strong communication skills with a high degree of initiative and a goal-orientated, analytical way of working
  • Understanding of processes as well as conceptual, organisational and strategic strengths
  • Willingness to travel internationally
