What will the data center of the future look like? Together with you, we would like to answer this question and drive the digital transformation forward. Join our Business Unit IT Solutions with a focus on data centres at our Rittal headquarters in Herborn.

Tasks

Technical solution development and conceptual design of international data center projects
Active sales support for subsidiaries as well as technical support and advice for customers
Engineering, costing and support in the preparation of quotations and in the further course of the project
Implementation of employee training and support for customers, subsidiaries or reference visits to headquarters
Collaboration with international partners & alliances on global IT infrastructure solutions
Supporting marketing activities and participating in international trade fairs, specialist and customer events

Job profile

Completed technical studies, e.g. electrical engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in the above-mentioned field as well as initial knowledge of project management
Very good knowledge of German and English
Strong communication skills with a high technical affinity and a results-oriented way of working
Enjoy cross-departmental cooperation and international customer contact
Willingness to travel occasionally
