For our location in Monheim am Rhein (Düsseldorf/Cologne) we are looking for you at the earliest possible date.
Tasks
- Proactive support and advice for educational institutions on our products and services
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up.
- Creating customized offers based on the individual needs of educational institutions.
- Identifying and approaching potential new customers in the education sector
Job profile
- Completed commercial / technical training or comparable qualification
- First professional experience in internal sales desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
