Tasks
- You will benefit from excellent on-the-job training in technical consulting for the optimization of design processes;
- This area of responsibility includes
- Creation of circuit diagrams with EPLAN products
- Installing our products, supporting our customers during product launches
- Concept creation and implementation of standardizations in the control technology of our customers
- Carrying out as-is analyses, training courses and workshops for customers in mechanical and plant engineering
- Implementation of design methods, configuration, generation of circuit diagrams
- Automation of solutions
Job profile
- Successfully completed engineering studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field of study
- You have initial experience with CAE solutions and a high affinity for IT
- You are creative, a strong communicator, willing to learn, have a professional appearance and work in a solution- and goal-oriented manner
- You have competence, commitment and motivation and are interested in international cooperation
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills

Together with other trainees from different business units, you will complete a support programme that will teach you all the skills you need for a perfect start to your professional life:
- Comprehensive individual training in the relevant range of tasks
- In-depth, off-the-job training programme for developing your soft skills in an international environment at our in-house academy
- Ongoing joint reconciliation of your personal goals and regular discussions with your personal mentor
- Joint work on interdisciplinary trainee projects culminating in a presentation to the Management Board
