We are looking for a committed and experienced team player who can actively support us with their expertise in the field of maintenance at our location in Heiligenroth.
We are looking for a committed and experienced team player who can actively support us with their expertise in the field of maintenance at our location in Heiligenroth.
Tasks
- Repair and maintenance of production equipment in the injection molding area
- Preventive maintenance, TPM and repair work, fault analysis on production equipment and building services
- Manufacture of spare parts and aids, as well as support in the procurement of spare parts
- Relocation and reinstallation of equipment within the site
- Supervision and instruction of service providers and fitters
- Carrying out UVV inspections in accordance with DGUV V3 and BetrSichV, including documentation – we will train you to become a qualified person!
Job profile
- Completed training as an industrial electrician or mechatronics engineer or comparable qualification
- Practical experience in the maintenance of injection molding machines and in the field of building services
- Experience in implementing technical improvement measures to increase plant availability
- A basic understanding of Siemens S5/S7 controllers and programming skills are an advantage
- Skills in the areas of hydraulics, pneumatics, and robot handling
- Welding skills are desirable
- Technical understanding, analytical thinking, teamwork, and commitment
