We are looking for dedicated specialists to join our production team at our modern production site in Gera-Langenfeld.
Tasks
- Setting up, equipping, and operating modern production facilities, in particular splitting plants
- Monitoring and optimizing production processes and packaging end products
- Performing maintenance and repair work, including inspection and servicing
- Production-related quality control and support for continuous improvement processes
Job profile
- Completed training as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification in the metal or electrical sector
- Experience in the operation, maintenance, and repair of machines and systems
- Basic PC skills
- Forklift and crane operator's license are an advantage, but not a prerequisite
- Strong awareness of quality and occupational safety
- Initiative, ability to work independently, reliability, and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
