We are looking for a motivated individual with technical understanding and a hands-on mentality to join our team. You can look forward to a variety of tasks and the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of our processes.
Tasks
- Technical project work in the area of operations with a focus on maintenance
- Implementation of maintenance projects in the area of mechanical engineering and buildings
- Optimization and expansion of the existing machinery
- Competent contact person for external companies and internal departments
- Analyzing and solving technical challenges in the area of operations
- Weekly presence at our location in Gera (2-3 days) and Dillenburg (1 day) with the possibility to work from home
Job profile
- Completed technical training, e.g. as a mechatronics technician and ideally with further training as a technician or master craftsman
- Professional experience in the field of mechanical and electrical engineering, preferably in an industrial company
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office and knowledge of SAP are an advantage
- Good knowledge of English
- Quick comprehension and technical understanding
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills, as well as an independent and structured way of working
