Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

For the business development of our 3D wire harness and cabling solutions we are looking for you for our location in Monheim am Rhein (between Düsseldorf and Cologne) at the earliest possible date.
Tasks
- Continuous market observation, analysis and interpretation of relevant market data
- Description of potential target groups
- Market validation of our concepts and development of sales material
- Training of our international sales team
- Participation in conferences, trade fairs, etc.
- Continuous optimization of our approach based on the findings of customer projects
- Supporting our international sales team in presales projects by actively approaching customers and moderating customer meetings and solution workshops
- Initial analysis of actual processes and technical data at customers, derivation of optimization potential and economic quantification
Job profile
- Successfully completed studies in economics or engineering
- Sales experience for professional software products
- Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and 3D CAD systems
- Interest in business field development
- High degree of customer orientation
- Curiosity, creativity and innovative strength combined with the ability to work conceptually
- Genuine communication skills combined with a confident manner
- Willingness to travel
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
