Ensure the smooth running of our global supply chains – as a Customs and Foreign Trade employee, you will act as the interface between customers, authorities, and international partners.
Ensure the smooth running of our global supply chains – as a Customs and Foreign Trade employee, you will act as the interface between customers, authorities, and international partners.
Tasks
- Collection, review, and processing of data in the context of export control law, taking into account German, European, and US export control laws
- System-supported creation, processing, and maintenance of supplier declarations and other movement certificates and proofs of origin
- Determination of origin and preference for goods
- Communication with customers and subsidiaries worldwide
- Communication with the relevant authorities (customs, BAFA, IHK)
Job profile
- Completed training as an industrial or freight forwarding clerk or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in customs and foreign trade
- Good English skills
- Confident use of Microsoft 365 and SAP R/3
- Strong process orientation combined with a structured and analytical approach to work
- Communicative personality with team spirit and customer focus
