Tasks
- Supporting our customers throughout the entire project – from preparing quotations to handover to operations and maintenance
- Ensuring project success in terms of costs, time and quality by using the appropriate project management methodology
- Leading the project team
- Communicating and coordinating with the partners involved in the project
- Strategic management of customer relationships by identifying needs and advising customers on further requirements
- Contract management, preparation of calculations and quotation documents, e.g. change requests
- Support with pre-sales activities
Job profile
- Degree in information technology, engineering or economics or comparable qualification
- Relevant experience in project or delivery management as well as in establishing and expanding strategic customer relationships
- Comprehensive knowledge of programme management and multi-project management and knowledge of agile methods
- Proven success in managing PLM/PDM projects in the engineering or logistics environment in mechanical and plant engineering
- Initial experience in personnel management, ideally as a team leader
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- High level of initiative and strong communication skills
- Confident and persuasive manner, team spirit and analytical thinking skills, as well as willingness to travel
