Tasks
- Design and creation of digital, online-based learning modules (e-learning) in a dynamic team – from design and development to independent project management
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Maintenance and use of our learning management system (LMS), including the creation of learning paths, courses and other learning content.
- Production of training materials, explanatory videos, presentations and e-learning courses for sales and technical staff
- Visualisation of product features using videos, graphics and animations
- Supporting the training team in conducting webinars and training courses
Job profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit technischer, wirtschaftlicher oder gestalterischer Ausrichtung oder eine vergleichbare, durch Berufserfahrung erworbene Qualifikation
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Aufnahme und Bearbeitung digitaler Video- und Audioinhalte, idealerweise mit Adobe Captivate oder Articulate Storyline 360
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Learning Management Systemen (LMS)
- Ausgeprägtes Gespür für nutzerfreundliche Oberflächengestaltung und UI/UX-Prinzipien.
- Hohe Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige, initiative und kommunikative Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit modernen digitalen Medien, Tools und Methoden
- Hervorragende soziale Kompetenzen sowie technisches Verständnis und hohe Kommunikationsstärke
- Kenntnisse in einer oder mehreren der folgenden Fremdsprachen von Vorteil: Französisch, Niederländisch, Spanisch
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
