Tasks
- You will benefit from excellent on-the-job training in the sale of sophisticated software solutions for engineering; this area of responsibility includes
- Systematic support of existing customers and expansion of business relationships as well as acquisition of new customers in the field of mechanical and plant engineering
- Responsibility for the entire sales process from independent market development and acquisition to order negotiation
- Carrying out product and solution presentations to customers accompanied by our consulting team
- Support in observing and analyzing the target market
Job profile
- Successfully completed (business) engineering studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics etc. or studies in economics with a strong affinity for (electrical) engineering
- You have a high affinity for IT and ideally have some initial sales experience
- You are creative, a strong communicator, willing to learn, have a professional manner and are persuasive and assertive
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English and are interested in international cooperation

Together with other trainees from different business units, you will complete a support programme that will teach you all the skills you need for a perfect start to your professional life:
- Comprehensive individual training in the relevant range of tasks
- In-depth, off-the-job training programme for developing your soft skills in an international environment at our in-house academy
- Ongoing joint reconciliation of your personal goals and regular discussions with your personal mentor
- Joint work on interdisciplinary trainee projects culminating in a presentation to the Management Board
