Tasks

  • Identification of customer requirements for digital order channels (EDI/OCI/UGL, etc.) and B2B procurement platforms, as well as derivation of market and efficiency improvement potential
  • Customer-centric further development of the range of digital order channels and interfaces in collaboration with internal and external solution partners
  • • Rollout of the EDI business model in regions and subsidiaries, including support in EDI partner selection, process implementation, and internal competence building
  • Provision of a sales toolkit for active EDI potential customer approach by the subsidiaries
  • Case-by-case operational sales support for the regions/subsidiaries in target customer selection and sales approach as a digital sales specialist
  • 3rd level support for inquiries from subsidiaries or customers regarding EDI or other digital order channels
  • Change management to establish customer- and solution-oriented sales-oriented EDI marketing approaches
  • Digital sales controlling based on EDI sales targets and action plans of the subsidiaries
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments, in particular IT and sales of the subsidiaries

Job profile

  • Degree in economics with a focus on digital sales & marketing, eProcurement, innovation management, business informatics, or comparable qualification
  • Extensive experience in leading sales, marketing, or IT-oriented project teams in agile environments
  • Good understanding of processes and IT-related procedures
  • Business fluent German and English
  • Good knowledge of project management tools and MS Office
  • Very good self-organization skills, a reliable and customer-oriented approach to work
  • Problem-solving mentality, affinity for change and innovation, enthusiasm for new solutions
  • Strong communication and cooperation skills
