Are you an experienced IT expert who strategically designs a company's IT landscape and aligns it with business objectives? As an IT enterprise architect, you develop innovative architectures, plan transformation processes and work closely with various stakeholders to provide optimal IT support. If you enjoy sustainable solutions and strategic planning, you've come to the right place!
Tasks
- Strategic IT architecture planning: Development and continuous maintenance of a future-proof IT architecture strategy that is closely aligned with the company's objectives. You will work with the company's decision-makers to plan the target architecture and the associated transformation processes in order to effectively achieve the strategic goals.
- Architecture design and documentation: Design, modeling and documentation of the entire IT landscape, including software, hardware, networks and data management systems.
- Governance and standards: Establishing, enforcing and monitoring IT governance policies as well as architecture standards to ensure a consistent and efficient IT environment.
- Technology evaluation: Evaluating new technologies and solutions to promote innovation and continuously optimize the infrastructure.
- Risk management: Identifying potential risks in the IT architecture and developing strategies to minimize them.
- Continuous improvement: Regularly reviewing and updating the IT architecture to keep pace with changing business requirements and drive innovation.
Job profile
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in IT architecture, infrastructure design and management.
- Sound understanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman or comparable methods.
- Excellent knowledge of system architecture, cloud technologies, networks, security architectures and data management.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Knowledge of common enterprise architecture tools, e.g. LeanIX, is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate complex technical contexts in an understandable way and to advise stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical thinking, strategic action and a solution-oriented way of working.
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and willingness to drive innovative solutions.
