Tasks
- Responsibility for the technical design and architecture-compliant implementation of requirements within HR Solutions (technical lead for implementation)
- Recording and transparent, standardized documentation of business requirements in close coordination with the Solution Owner HXM
- Refining requirements and defining technical specifications in collaboration with the solution owner and developers
- Development of additional, technical (non-functional) requirements (e.g. security, infrastructure, information security)
- Operational support for coordination between the enterprise architect and the development teams
- Continuation of the documentation with regard to data and interfaces
- Support in assessing the feasibility of business requirements through technical expertise (checking technical feasibility, impact analysis)
- Supporting the solution owners in the operation, maintenance and further development of IT solutions with a focus on integration and data issues
- Close coordination with platform architects and platform owners for the implementation of specific requirements from the HR solution line
Job profile
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable training
- Professional experience as a “Solution Architect” in the HR environment with a focus on SAP HCM/HXM, SuccessFactors and Concur
- Sound technology and process knowledge in all common HR topics; good knowledge of integration with upstream and downstream processes, systems and applications
- Initial experience with ITIL and EA methods/frameworks such as TOGAF
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Ability to work in a team as well as independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Willingness to travel internationally
