Tasks

  • Consulting and support for our departments in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
  • Design, implementation, and further development of HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals)
  • Integration of SuccessFactors into existing SAP system landscapes (including H4S4, SAP BTP/CPI)
  • Conducting requirements analyses, workshops, and training courses
  • Coordination of external service providers and project teams
  • Support with international rollouts and change processes

Job profile

  • Completed degree in (business) information technology, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in SAP consulting, ideally with a focus on SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one SuccessFactors or HCM module
  • Experience in process analysis and design in the HR environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good German and English skills
