Tasks
- Consulting and support for our departments in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- Design, implementation, and further development of HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals)
- Integration of SuccessFactors into existing SAP system landscapes (including H4S4, SAP BTP/CPI)
- Conducting requirements analyses, workshops, and training courses
- Coordination of external service providers and project teams
- Support with international rollouts and change processes
Job profile
- Completed degree in (business) information technology, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in SAP consulting, ideally with a focus on SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
- In-depth knowledge of at least one SuccessFactors or HCM module
- Experience in process analysis and design in the HR environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Very good German and English skills
