Are you enthusiastic about IT applications and have a feel for the needs of internal customers? Would you like to act as an interface between sales and technology and help develop customised solutions? As a Requirements Engineer Sales, you will play a central role in our team by analysing and understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical concepts.

Tasks
- Independently gather, analyse and document IT requirements from the Friedhelm Loh Group's Sales business units
- Work closely with stakeholders from the Sales business units and IT
- Create requirements documentation including acceptance criteria, user stories and use cases
- Ensure completeness and fulfilment of requirements by working with internal teams
- Support teams in testing and acceptance of deliverables
- Ensure delivered solutions meet documented requirements and business needs
- Regularly review and improve requirements processes
Job profile
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable qualification or comparable training with many years of professional experience
- Knowledge of business processes in an industrial company
- Experience with SAP SD in SAP ECC or S/4 Hana
- Sound knowledge of requirements engineering methods and tools (e.g. UML, BPMN)
- Strong communication skills, very good German and good English skills
- High ability to analyse, personal responsibility, solution-oriented way of thinking and working
- High level of commitment and dedication
