Tasks
- Professional advice and support for managers with a view to the entire employee lifecycle
- Implementation and realisation of HR processes in the defined area of responsibility
- Analysing the strategic requirements of the area of responsibility and developing suitable measures to support them
- Trusting cooperation with the HR team and employee representatives
- Closely accompanying and supporting the specialist departments in identifying and developing talent
Job profile
- Degree in business administration/industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Extensive professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in a growth market
- Relevant experience of working in international structures
- Business mindset, ideally knowledge of the software industry or a comparable dynamic industry
- Hands-on mentality and a desire to shape new topics
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
