Would you like to take responsibility for the design and implementation of modern and sustainable compensation & benefits solutions? Join our globally growing company at our location in Haiger

Tasks

  • Design and implementation of new remuneration systems including salary benchmarks based on a globally standardized grading system
  • (Further) development and implementation of performance-related remuneration systems in the global production areas
  • Participation in global remuneration projects (e.g. development or revision of new remuneration systems for international top management)
  • Supporting management decisions in the area of C&B through analysis activities
  • Participation in the development of a modern C&B strategy or roadmap (e.g. development of a remuneration manual as a set of rules for all C&B programs at all employee levels)
  • Management and implementation of annual review processes for basic and variable remuneration for employees, managers and top management in Germany and abroad
  • Implementation of internal and external salary benchmarks for salary adjustments, new hires and transfers
  • Development and implementation of modern benefits programs
  • Support with company pension schemes and other voluntary social benefits
  • Technical contact person (m/f/d) for the local and regional centers of excellence

Job profile

  • Completed studies in economics or comparable training
  • Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field with corresponding market knowledge and global understanding
  • Very good PC skills (MS-Office, SAP-HR) and digital competence
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills as well as goal and process orientation
  • Innovative and conceptual strength after identifying needs and translating them into appropriate solutions
  • Strong change management skills to accompany the implementation with methods
  • Negotiating skills, persuasiveness, assertiveness and implementation strength
  • Service orientation for HR interfaces (e.g. HR business partnering)
  • Team-oriented personality who enjoys working in interdisciplinary and international project teams
