Tasks
- Individual, practice-oriented trainee program (24 months) for comprehensive insights into the processes and tasks of the IT division of our group of companies
- You have the opportunity to actively help shape the content and adapt it to your own ideas
- After just a short time, you will take on your own tasks and work on forward-looking projects
- You will have a mentor at your side right from the start, who will help you take your first steps in the company with expert knowledge and experience
- You will have plenty of room for personal and professional development and can build up a sustainable network
- In the individual stations, you will acquire a wide range of know-how in various technologies, which will open up a wide variety of opportunities for you as a specialist after completing the program
Job profile
- Completed Master's degree in (business) computer science or a similar IT-related course of study
- Ideally, your focus is on project management, process management, software technology or software architecture
- You are enthusiastic about new technologies and enjoy working with new technical tools
- We require application knowledge of common Microsoft standard products, possibly SAP knowledge
- You are a strong communicator and have business fluent German and good English skills
- Team player is not just a word for you and you also impress with your confident demeanor, high motivation and flexibility
- Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as your methodical and structured way of working round off your profile perfectly
