Do you have an eye for IT assets, processes, and compliance? Do you want to take responsibility for the entire lifecycle and create transparency with clear structures? Then our IT Asset Management team is the right place for you!

Tasks

  • Management and documentation of the entire IT asset lifecycle (hardware, software, related assets)
  • Allocation and withdrawal of IT assets based on requests
  • Maintenance of IT vendor, contract, and asset data as well as the associated systems
  • Support with onboarding, risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks
  • Participation in KPI collection, reporting, and controlling
  • Development and implementation of ITAM guidelines and process optimization in IT vendor management
  • Collaboration with specialist departments (e.g., IT finance) and advising management on savings and optimization potential
  • Opportunity to take on international subprojects

Job profile

  • Completed commercial or technical training (e.g., IT systems specialist) or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in operational IT asset management, ideally with a manufacturer connection
  • Knowledge of license and contract forms from leading IT software providers (e.g., VMware, Palo Alto, Atlassian, Autodesk, Salesforce, Oracle, Cisco, ServiceNow, Dell, IBM)
  • Basic knowledge of IT contract law and proven skills in IT compliance, contract, and asset management
  • Advantageous: Certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 19770, ITIL V3/V4) and knowledge of BPMN 2.0
  • Language skills: Business fluent in German; good written and spoken English
  • Confident use of SAP and MS Office
