Tasks

  • Registration and classification of incoming incident reports
  • Processing the incidents and restoring the defined operating status of a service as quickly as possible (support and troubleshooting)
  • Troubleshooting also for 2nd level tickets (depending on knowledge and authorisations) or forwarding to the operations team
  • Active administration and regular information for users about the processing status of incidents
  • Carrying out on-site support activities

Job profile

  • Successfully completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or comparable training
  • IT enthusiasm and very good general knowledge of IT topics
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Goal-oriented work, structured approach to analysing problems
  • High customer orientation, strong communication skills and a friendly and professional manner
