Manager (m/f/d) Injection Molding Production

We are looking for a committed individual who can make a significant contribution to the further development of our injection molding production and maintenance with their expertise and management experience.
Tasks
- Ensuring the processing of production orders in compliance with quality, deadlines and costs
- Target-oriented management and development of approx. 80 employees and coordination of resource planning
- Responsibility for results in the area of injection molding production and maintenance
- Supporting the Operations Manager with technical, strategic and planning issues
- Continuous improvement of processes and optimization of the use of all resources
- Designing and implementing measures to achieve key figures and quality targets
- Collaboration in the planning, implementation and optimization of projects in production
Job profile
- Completed technical training, ideally supplemented by further training as a technician / master craftsman in the field of plastics technology
- Several years of professional and management experience, preferably in a plastics processing industrial company
- Experience with the Hydra and SAP programs in the relevant modules
- Knowledge of production systems, lean management and Six Sigma is an advantage
- Strong communication skills combined with leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Technical understanding and an analytical mindset as well as a high degree of decision-making ability and assertiveness
