Are you looking to do more than just manage a modern Microsoft environment—do you want to actively ensure that identities, access, and security mechanisms function reliably, scalably, and with a future-proof approach? If so, join our team as an administrator specializing in Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and MFA.

Tasks

  • Administration, operation, and further development of the Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) environment
  • Design, implementation, and operation of SSO solutions for cloud and on-premises applications (e.g., via SAML or OAuth)
  • Planning, implementation, and optimization of MFA and conditional access policies, taking into account security and compliance requirements
  • Management of identities, user and group structures, and permissions in a hybrid Microsoft environment
  • Integration of external and internal applications into the Entra ID platform
  • Analysis, resolution, and sustainable handling of incidents and service requests in the area of Identity & Access Management (2nd/3rd level)
  • Collaboration with international IT teams, business units, and external service providers
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, policies, and operating manuals
  • Support during audits and implementation of security best practices and zero-trust approaches

Profile

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, IT systems integration, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
  • In-depth knowledge of single sign-on and common authentication protocols
  • Proficiency with multi-factor authentication and conditional access policies
  • Experience with identity and access management in complex enterprise environments; experience with hybrid scenarios (e.g., Entra ID Connect, on-premises AD)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, ideally also in related security topics
  • Analytical and structured approach to work, as well as a high level of security awareness
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently
