Would you like to work as an IT Project Management Officer, ensuring that complex projects are implemented in a structured, efficient, and governance-compliant manner? Then you've come to the right place if you enjoy coordinating central processes, creating transparency, and effectively supporting project teams in their day-to-day business.

Tasks

  • Supporting project and program management in planning, control, and operational implementation
  • Controlling resources, budgets, and ordering processes, including purchase order management
  • Supporting the project team and managing accounts, authorizations, and administrative access
  • Checking, approving, and tracking time sheets, invoices, and project-related financial transactions
  • Ensuring clear project communication, structured documentation, and well-maintained project files
  • Organizing, coordinating, and following up on meetings, workshops, appointments, and calendars
  • Responsibility for organizational processes such as room and visitor coordination as well as administrative tasks
  • Preparing project- and database-specific evaluations and reports to support decision-making

Profile

  • Experience in project management, budget controlling, and managing external service providers
  • Proven experience as a PMO or assistant in large-scale projects
  • PMI CAPM or IPMA Level D (or higher) certification
  • SAP knowledge in the area of purchasing and budget management
  • Confident use of Jira, Confluence, and M365
  • Experience in agile project environments
  • Very good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, SQL)
  • Very good German and good English skills
