Activity On Site

As an IT support specialist at our Haiger/Herborn location in Central Hesse, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our senior management team and ensure stable, efficient, and first-class IT support at the highest level of service.

Tasks

  • Primary point of contact for IT matters for members of the Executive Board and executive-level functions (e.g., Family Office)
  • End-to-end responsibility for all incidents in the VIP environment, including the management and coordination of 2nd- and 3rd-level support as well as external IT service providers
  • Direct handling of inquiries and resolution of IT issues via phone, remotely, or on-site at the VIP user’s location, even outside of regular business hours
  • Support for VIP users’ IT workstations (equipment, workstation printers, mobile devices (iPhone and iPad), non-standard hardware and software) as well as support for conference systems in the VIP environment
  • Design and implementation of customized IT solutions for VIP-specific requirements
  • Support for other specialist teams in the End User Service department
  • Ensuring service availability through training and onboarding of substitutes, as well as training and knowledge transfer to support staff

Profile

  • Completed training in an IT profession and several years of relevant professional experience
  • Broad and in-depth understanding of IT in the following areas: Windows Clients, Windows Server, Networking, iPhones, iPads Structured, solution- and results-oriented approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and clear, audience-oriented communication, as well as a high level of discretion and trustworthiness
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Enjoy working in a team and possess a friendly, professional, and engaging demeanor
