As an IT Support Engineer in End User Services, you’ll ensure that our employees can continue to work digitally at all times—using smart solutions, technical expertise, and a clear focus on delivering an outstanding user experience. Join our team at our location in Haiger or Herborn.
Tasks
- Registration and classification of incoming incident reports
- Handling of incidents and restoration of a service to its defined operational state as quickly as possible (support and troubleshooting)
- Troubleshooting, including for 2nd-level tickets (depending on knowledge and permissions), or escalation to the Operations Team
- Active administration and regular updates to users on the status of incident resolution
- Performing on-site support activities
- Occasional visits to FLG locations to provide on-site support
Profile
- Successful completion of an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in system integration or a comparable program
- Passion for IT and strong general knowledge of IT topics
- Fluency in German and English
- Goal-oriented work ethic and a structured approach to problem analysis
- Strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor
