Tasks
- Supporting the secure operation of the group-wide network and firewall infrastructure using modern security technologies
- Supporting business-critical IT and OT environments and actively developing the security architecture and processes within the organisation
- Implementing projects in the areas of firewall architecture and automation
- Handling incidents and customer requests
- Patch management and lifecycle management of the existing infrastructure
- Supporting the team in operational activities
Profile
- Completed training or degree in IT, career changers with many years of professional experience or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the field of firewalls and networks. In-depth experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Prisma Access and other Palo Alto products
- Good knowledge of network security and the Windows and Linux operating systems desirable
- Analytical thinking and structured, independent working style
- Very good German and English skills
- Constructive and trusting cooperation with colleagues
- Solution-oriented approach and confident handling of demanding or time-critical situations
