Play an active role in shaping the future of our IT infrastructure and take on a key role in optimizing our lead-to-cash processes. Together with our team at our Herborn location, you will drive the development of cross-functional end-to-end processes and make a significant contribution to the company’s digital transformation.
Tasks
- Responsibility for the analysis, optimization, and standardization of system-supported lead-to-cash processes
- Further development of the cross-functional process landscape and ensuring a holistic understanding of processes
- Design and implementation of business processes in close collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, and IT departments
- Process-related support for system implementations, as well as the full integration and harmonization of CRM, ERP, and other business-critical systems
- Facilitating workshops, advising business units, and actively collaborating with those responsible for related processes
- Defining and monitoring process KPIs, as well as identifying opportunities for optimization and sustainable improvement measures
- Creating and refining reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to manage and improve process performance
Profile
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in process modeling and process management for transformation and digitalization projects using common methods and tools (e.g., BPMN, Signavio)
- Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (preferably Salesforce and SAP)
- A solid understanding of data-driven end-to-end business processes (particularly in the lead-to-order and order-to-cash environments), process automation, and system integration
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- A team player with strong communication and facilitation skills and a high degree of initiative
