Tasks
- Develop and implement international market strategies to position and sustainably strengthen Eplan solutions in the food and beverage industry
- Continuously analyze global market trends, industry drivers and local market potential, while identifying key stakeholders, target customers and multipliers within the industry ecosystem
- Support Eplan’s international sales organizations by providing industry expertise, suitable sales and marketing tools, joint customer visits and presentations
- Build and maintain an international network of customers, industry associations, technology partners and other relevant market participants
- Develop and support strategic showcase projects with selected target customers and turn successful use cases into internationally applicable reference and multiplier projects
- Identify industry-specific requirements, standards, interfaces and potential portfolio gaps, and incorporate these market requirements into product and solution development
- Increase Eplan’s brand awareness in the food and beverage industry through targeted marketing activities, industry events, trade fairs and an active presence on relevant social media platforms
Profile
- Degree in industrial engineering, engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience, preferably at least five years, in the process industry or food and beverage sector, combined with a sound understanding of industry-specific processes and value chains
- Knowledge of the CAx and engineering software market as well as experience with consultative sales processes for complex software products or solution concepts
- A strong understanding of the commercial and technical challenges within the industry, ideally combined with an established network of customers, associations, partners and other relevant market participants
- Strong strategic and conceptual skills, a high level of customer orientation and the ability to communicate confidently and convincingly with executive-level stakeholders
- A confident, engaging and communicative personality with strong presentation skills and enthusiasm for international collaboration and global networking
- Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken, as well as flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
