Use your technical expertise and business acumen to develop cost-effective and customer-focused solutions. Working alongside our team at the Herborn location, you will prepare well-founded cost estimates and make a decisive contribution to the success of challenging customer projects.

Tasks

Independently processing and costing customer inquiries, as well as designing technical solutions tailored to individual needs
Preparing quotes and project cost estimates while taking technical and economic requirements into account
Analyzing and processing specifications and technical customer inquiries
Reviewing and evaluating bid documents, including determining quantities and performing volume calculations
Providing technical support to the sales team during the proposal and negotiation phases
Working closely with project management, sales, technical departments, as well as external suppliers and system partners

Profile

Successfully completed technical training with a strong understanding of business operations
Several years of professional experience in cost estimation, bid preparation, project planning, or technical project management
Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, or building systems (TGA)
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus
Strong technical understanding and the ability to analyze complex technical relationships and evaluate them from a business perspective
A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work, combined with a strong commitment to quality and excellent teamwork and communication skills
