Tasks
- Order processing of technical services for installation / service assignments in the area of IT infrastructure projects / data center construction
- Availability check and procurement planning of auxiliary material for service assignments
- Timely performance management and communication for a successful project process
- Interface between project management, internal scheduling department and service partners / suppliers
- Control and system maintenance in the processing tool (SAP)
Job profile
- Completed technical training with a commercial background or commercial training with a good technical understanding
- Experience in order or project processing
- Confident handling of MS Office 365, knowledge of SAP an advantage
- Goal- and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills, team player with high customer orientation and strong coordination skills
