We are looking for you as a personality with a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills to join our team at our location in Gera or Dillenburg.

Tasks

  • Supra-regional responsibility for the sales of our flat steel products / thin sheets with a focus on our automotive customers (OEM, Tier-1 and Tier-2)
  • Home office in the sales area in combination with presence at the customer and at the locations in Dillenburg / Gera
  • Development and support of a customer base and establishment of new, strategic partnerships in the automotive industry
  • Competent contact person for all technical and commercial questions of our business partners
  • Identification of current and future customer needs as well as strategic development and realization of customer retention strategies
  • Preparation of annual sales planning, definition of target customer strategy and realization of annual targets
  • Carrying out product-related presentations and supporting pre-/after-sales activities, trade fairs and customer events

Job profile

  • Completed technical / commercial training or comparable studies
  • Several years of sales experience in the field of slit strip, contour blanks or sheet metal in the automotive industry
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office 365 and industry-standard tools such as CRM, ERP systems (SAP, Infor etc.) desirable
  • Business fluent in English
  • High customer orientation, strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility and increased willingness to travel
