Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for you for our nationwide locations as soon as possible.
Tasks
- Initial contact with potential customers in mechanical and plant engineering and architecture
- Support and expansion of existing customers
- Lead generation for our solutions and associated services
- Qualified coordination management between customers and internal account managers
Job profile
- Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Ideally experience in customer communication
- Outgoing personality and enjoy networking via communication channels of your choice
- Independent, self-reliant and results-oriented way of working
- Fluent written and spoken German, good knowledge of English an advantage
