Tasks
- Partial/project management in SAP HCM, Successfactors and Concur projects
- Active involvement in the transformation of the HR IT system landscape, including H4S4
- Conception and implementation of new requirements of the Human Resources department in SAP HCM, Successfactors and Concur
- Coordinating external service providers in projects and during ongoing operations
- Advising the department on issues relating to SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and Concur
- Assuming module responsibility depending on qualifications and experience
Job profile
- Completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable training and expertise
- IT and process knowledge in selected SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and / or Concur modules
- Experience in customizing and knowledge of SAP ABAP debugging desirable
- Experience in common interface technologies
- Knowledge of Web Dynpro, Fiori/ UI5 and interface development is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Customer orientation, ability to work in a team as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working
