Tasks

Creation of specifications, standard SLAs and OLAs and further development of the platform service
Responsibility for the smooth operation of the platform, including costs, forecasts and fee models
Active management of direct service TCO and monitoring of indirect governance costs
Responsibility for the smooth operation of the platform.
Responsibility for service-related documentation (e.g. operations manual), service continuity and operationalisation of ITSM processes
Processing of incidents and service requests in 2nd level support to support the support team
Coordination and implementation of release updates
Collaboration on cloud projects and international projects

Job profile

Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or comparable training in the IT field
Several years of experience in the administration of the relevant IT platform
You enjoy optimising IT system landscapes and have a keen interest in new technologies
Fluency in German and English is a matter of course for you
In addition, you have good communication skills as well as a strong customer and team orientation
You are future-orientated
Independent working style, high flexibility and occasional willingness to travel round off your profile
